Green Community Presentation

Tolland is Going Green
On April 22 of this year the Selectmen voted to start the process of having Tolland designated as Green Community by the Green Communities Division of the state's Department of Energy Resources. On June 28 Jim Barry, the Western Mass regional coordinator for this program made a presentation on the advantages of becoming a Green Community and the obligations the town assumes when they receive this designation.
