About Us
The mission of the Tolland Council on Aging is to enable our seniors to remain independent, at home, for as long as possible, while providing for choices and opportunities. This includes identifying unmet needs, developing and implementing programs and services that help to meet those needs as well as providing education and advocacy as indicated.
