Cultural Council
About Us
The Tolland Cultural Council is the Local Representative of the Massachusetts Cultural Council. We:
- Accept and evaluate grant applications available Mass.Cultural Council funds for individuals and groups
- Administer the PASS program for cultural field trips for children through schools and organizations
- Promote excellence, access, education and diversity in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences to improve the quality of life for Tolland Residents.
