Red Cross

Tolland is part of the Greater Westfield Chapter of the American Red Cross which would provide immediate response services to Tolland residents in time of local disaster.

Red Cross Mission: This mission of the American Red Cross is to improve the quality of human life; to enhance self-reliance and concern for others, and to help people avoid, prepare for anew cope with emergencies. It does this through services that are governed and directed by volunteers and are consistent with its Congressional Charter and the principles of the American Red Cross.

Greater Westfield Chapter services the following communicates: Blandford, Chester, Granville, Montgomery, Russell, Southwick, Tolland, Westfield and Woronoco. It also reaches beyond these borders by sending qualified disaster volunteers wherever disaster strikes throughout our country.
