About Us
The Assessor’s Department is responsible for:
- Administration of all laws and regulations regarding property tax assessment.
- Valuation of real estate, personal property, motor vehicle and boat excise based on Massachusetts General Laws
- Responding to inquiries from taxpayers, appraisers, attorneys, realtors and others.
