MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – May 21, 2018 5:00 PM

Alex Fox from CVE Solar met with the Selectboard to discuss the possibility of a tax PILOT for a solar array to be installed at 228 Clubhouse Road. The array will be a 6 megawatt system. CVE offered $5,000/per megawatt. The board will take the information under advisement and wait to receive information from the Board of Assessors for they are researching different arrays.
Pat discussed briefly the culvert/bridge replacement of Colebrook River Road.
Eric stated that he had spoken with Kevin Donovan in regards to “North Tolland” receiving Broadband services from the Town of Otis. The Selectboards from both towns would meet to discuss the options.
Eric would like to host a “meet and Greet” with the Seelctboards from the Town of Granville and the Town of Sandisfield. He felt that with all three towns having new board members. Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 19 at 6PM. The Tolland Board of Selectmen meeting will be prior to the “Meet and Greet”
