MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –   April 22, 2024 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Steven DellaGiustina, Patrick Barrett and Ed Deming

Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee discussed the slip lining project. The options are: (of course we don’t know where the rates will be when borrowing). Borrowing $200,000 with interest costs of approximately $20,000 and transfer $100,000 from Free Cash to stabilization. Or borrow $100,000 with interest costs of approximately $10,000 and use $100,000 in free cash to fund the project.

It had been decided to move forward with borrowing $100,000 and using $100,000 from free cash.

The remainder of the FY25 budget stayed the same as discussed.
