Board of Selectmen Minutes

MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –   December 21, 2020 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Steven DellaGiustina, Patrick Barrett and Eric R. Munson, Jr(via phone)

Also Present:   Kevin Donovan (via phone)

Kevin suggested that the town create an ice skating rink in one of the retention ponds at the Public Safety Complex. Steve stated it had been discussed several times before. Steve, Patrick, Kevin and Ed will meet at the Public Safety Complex to review the location and discuss further.

Pat Storey submitted a “punchlist” of items for the Greens Community. The items will be looked at with Ed Deming.

The Southwick Tolland Granville Regional School District requested $3,500 from the Town of Tolland’s Cares Act monies to help with the COVID costs of $106,000 that the region has expended.  The $3,500 will be included within the numbers when the account is reconciled with the state.

Legal Counsel will be contacted to draft a letter for Tolland to pay for by call ambulance service. Tolland will pay $450/per call.
