MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  July 27, 2020 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Steven DellaGiustina and Eric R. Munson, JR

Also Present:   Ed Deming

Ed introduced 3 new Reserve Officers to the board.

     Alex Seid, Christopher Sariol and Daniel McClellan

Ed informed the Selectboard of campers from the Tolland State Forest opening up their waste holding containers on the Tolland public roads. This is due to the lack of a dumping facility within the Tolland State Forest. Valerie Bird, Board of Health Agent was immediately notified to contact the state about the issue.

Steve presented a quote of $18,500 for gutters to be purchased and installed at the Public Safety Complex from Industrial Gutters. The representative from Industrial Gutters also made the recommendation of replacing the snow brakes with a quote of $12,000. The brakes should have been installed 10’ apart from each other.
