Board of Selectmen Minutes

MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  May 4, 2020 3:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Steven DellaGiustina, Patrick Barrett via phone and Eric R. Munson, JR via phone

Also Present:   Ed Deming

Received an email from Bill Magni requesting bid information for lawn mowing services of town owned properties. A motion was made by Steve, seconded by Patrick (Vote-Unanimous) with timing being an issue the Selectboad decided to continue with LaCasse Land Management for fiscal 2021 and bid the lawn mowing for the following year.

A motion was made by Steve, seconded by Patrick (Vote-Unanimous) to move forward with digging and the installation of extra drainage at the PSC. Ed received a quote of $6,000 from Bill Magni for the use of equipment, operator and labor. Materials will be supplied by the town total estimated cost of the project to be $11,000.

Patrick expressed concerns with the revenue of transfer station bag stickers. He would like to see the stickers be eliminated and the cost of running the transfer station be looked at. Fiscal 2020 numbers will be looked at and will be on the agenda for additional discussion at the next meeting.
