Tolland received 5 bids for the Colebrook River Road project. All bids were opened publicly and read aloud on March 9, 2020. The results of the bids are as follows:

Foresight has worked successfully with A.J. Virgilio Construction, Inc. on projects in the past. As a result of their low base bid, and their successful past history with them, Foresight recommends the project be awarded to A.J. Virgilio Construction, Inc. Patrick made motion to accept recommendation from Foresight Land Services to award the bid to A.J. Virgilio Construction, seconded by Steve, all in favor.
Received a letter from Susan Voudren, Town Clerk requesting Jeff LaCasse submit a form titled Disclosure Of Appearance Of Conflict Of Interest In doing so this will allow him to serve on the Cemetery Committee and conduct business within the cemeteries.
Ed Deming was informed that Robert Bitso raised the question as to why the Tolland cruiser has been seen out of town. Ed explained that the Sargent had meetings with the Southwick Tolland Granville Regional School to discuss the Resource Officer position. Also, the cruiser did require service. It is also possible that the officers are driving to the Granville Store to get dinner during their shift.
Meeting adjourned at 6:00PM
Respectfully submitted,
Margaret McClellan
