Bids will be reviewed by Marc LaVasseaur and meet with DPW Superindent Ed Deming to discuss.
Steve made motion to donate $200 to the Southwick Food Pantry, Patrick seconded, passed unanimously.
Patrick made motion to adopt an “energy reduction plan”, Steve seconded, passed unanimously.
Mr. Marion expressed concerns with the legal requirement of having provided an engineering affidavit that the building was built as presented to the Planning Board before a certificate of occupancy be issued. Eric stated that he has Zoning Enforcement Officer received a complaint that he directed to legal for a legal opinion
Ed spoke of the conditions of Hartland Road. DPW sprayed “safe bind” as agreed upon by the Board of Selectmen back in June, including an additional month.
