MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  October 28, 2019 5:15 PM

Bid opening for Fire Truck Pumper:

4Guys Fire Truck – One Four Guys 2000 GPM Pumper installed on Spartan Motors metro star EMFD cab and Chassis to be built in accordance with the specifications for the sum of $575,764.00

C & S Specialty, Inc. – One Toyne 2000 GPM, 1250 gallon custom pumper on a Spartan Metro Star chassis, for the sum of $550,803.98 with an addition of:

 Change midship pump from hale to waterous 2000 gpm      $1,400.00

 ROM roll up door for EMS cabinet in cab                              $   739.20

 Trident primer activation for left, right and rear side suction ports in addition to

main pump primer                                                                    $2,375.00

 Thermal relief valve                                                                $1,399.20

 Slide out speedidry hopper in wheel well ILO SCBA tubes    $1,884.00

 Firecom Headset System installed                                         $7,411.40

 Payment of $300,000 at contract signing   credit                   $-8,900.00

 Payment of balance of truck at final inspection                      $2,000.00
