MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  October 21, 2019 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:    Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Patrick Barrett                                                                                                                                     

Also Present:     Pat Storey

                          Ed Deming

                          Steve Strinie

Board voted to enter into a one year agreement with Crocker to provide “Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Also, to purchase a conference call device.

Pat Storey updated the board on the Greens Community. A Special Town Meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 28th to vote to adopt a Stretch Energy Code ByLaw.

Steve attended a meeting on Route 57. He was informed that the part of Route 57 from the Granville/Southwick line to Route 8 in Sandisfield is part of the evacuation route for Hampden County. With that the Commonwealth has set monies aside to reclaim and pave. Engineering of culverts for route 57 will be the responsibility of the Commonwealth.
