MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  July 29, 2019 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Patrick Barrett                                                                                                                                      

Also Present:     Mira Munson

Board of Selectmen signed a PILOT agreement with CVE for a solar farm to be installed on Clubhouse Road.

Mira presented an example of a “Stretch Code” bylaw. Tolland would need to adapt the bylaw in order to participate in Greens Community. The example will be review by legal counsel.

A Special Town Meeting will be scheduled for some time in September to address the “Stretch Code” Bylaw and the Comcast Franchise.

The MIIA Fleet Schedule must be reviewed by DPW, Fire Chief and Police Chief. All changes must be submitted by August 20^th.

The “Croptoberfest” event will be sent for legal comment.
