MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  July 1, 2019 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Patrick Barrett                                                                                                                                      

Also Present:       Pat Storey

                            Ed Deming

Pat Storey met with the board to discuss Greens Community. The grant needs to be submitted by October 1. A collection of bills will need to be compiled to document information for the grant. PVPC will assist.

Engineering plans for the bridge replacement on Colebrook River Rd were submitted on June 24^th. It had been said that comments will be returned to Foresight on March 14^th.

Executive Session – 5:25PM      

To discuss events being held at Timber Trails.

Executive Session adjourned at 6:15PM

Dance of Friends New England will be requested to attend the Selectmen’s meeting on Monday, July 15^th. No event permits will be issued until they met.
