MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – January 7, 2019 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Patrick Barrett
Also Present:
Steve motioned to increase highway employee Adam Hull’s hourly salary from $19.50/hr to $20.50 after completing a probation period of 3 months. Patrick seconded motion moved unanimously.
During the months of January – April Steve will be communicating during Selectmen’s meetings via facetime and a cell phone.
Tree’s located along the back side of the church’s pole barns will be removed by Tolland’s highway.
Steve motioned to sign an “Action Plan” with Crocker Broadband Network, Patrick seconded motion moved unanimously.
Board of Selectmen signed an “Action Plan” with Crocker Broadband Network
“(“Action Plan”) was developed pursuant to the Flexible Grant Program Notice of Funding Availability for Innovative Approaches to Provide Broadband Service to Unserved Towns in Western Massachusetts, published by the Massachusetts Broadband Institute October 5, 2017 (the “NOFA”). This Action Plan is issued in response to a proposal from Crocker Communications, a Massachusetts business corporation (“Crocker”) to design build, own and operate a fiber-to-the-home (“FTTH”) broadband network to serve the town of Tolland (the “Town,”)” .
All department meeting is scheduled for Monday March 25th at 6:30.
