MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  December 17, 2018 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Patrick Barrett                                                                  

Also Present:      Ed Deming, Police Chief

                           Jessica Kelmelis, Board of Assessors (via phone)

Jessica clarified the “pilot” process for the proposed solar array for 228 Clubhouse Road.  Steve made motion to authorize Jessica to move forward with a 1.5 mil/megawatt, Patrick seconded. The motion carried unanimously

EMT class to be held in January will include 4 firefighters and No Police Officers. The enrollment fee of $600/each for two firefighters will be paid for by the 501C3 the other two Fire Chief Munson will request funds be transferred from the towns Reserve Fund. The Firefighters as discussed with Fire Chief Munson will agree to a “terms of service” agreement with the Tolland Volunteer Fire Department.
