MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING –  November 26, 2018 5:00 PM

Selectmen Present:   Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Patrick Barrett                                                                

Also Present:      Marc LeVasseur

                           Pat Storey

                           Ed Deming

Marc LeVasseur from Foresight Land Services gave an update on the “Small Bridge” project located on Colebrook River Road. All Chapter 85 required paperwork has been submitted to the state engineer for review. It had been stated that the engineers would be meeting on Friday to review the project and will be reporting back their comments. The project is now projected to start late winter early spring. Pat asked if there would be any bid package modifications. Marc didn't see a reason for any modifications. The construction completion date of June, 2019 will be pushed out to August, 2019. Pat will request an extension for the “small bridge grant”.

The following dates have been scheduled.

Caucus  April 8^th 7PM

Budget Hearing – April 8^th 7:15PM

Annual Town Meeting date has been scheduled for Monday, May 13^th

Town Election – May 21^st. 11:30 – 7PM

The Board of Selectmen appointed Robert Spiegler has Tolland Police Sargent.

Meeting adjourned at 7:00 PM
