Present (Board): James Deming, Shawn Shaw, Steve Strinie
Public Attendees: Jason Cohen (162 Main St. Leeds MA), Matthew Miller (1266 East Otis Rd.), Jon Lynes (1266 E. Otis Rd.)
Reviewed annual activity plans for Camp Timber Trails. Advised that noise complaints were received last season. Advised that local law enforcement may respond if future issues arise but raised no specific objections to the proposed operating plan. Camp Timber Trails also noted several measures taken to reduce noise impacts at future events.
