The Board reviewed a site plan for a new garage by Charles and Sophie Drabek at 191 Clubhouse Rd. Parcel ID 297/409.0-0009-0011.0. The Board approved the application.

Reviewed a site plan application, presented by Paul Homes, for a new garage at the residence of John Wallace (248 South Trail, parcel ID 297/110.0-0000-0006.0. The Board approved the application.

The Board met with Heather Wilson regarding an unpermitted 20’ x 30’ horse shelter at 0 Covell Rd. The location of the barn meets the relevant setback requirements. Parcel number 26, Map 401. The Board also discussed the process for obtaining a business permit (special permit process).

The Board will provide a copy of the draft marijuana facility bylaw in response to an email inquiry.

Regarding Lots c4 and c5 on Porcupine Point, the Board will provide a written opinion documenting the Board’s finding that the lots are buildable.

The Board reviewed the status of the Tolland Market (Bill Magni) application. The Selectboard has provided direction and the Chairman is working with the applicant to confirm final details related to planned signage and lighting. Once received, the Board will hold a special session to review and approve the resubmitted special permit application. As approved by the Selectboard, there will not be an additional hearing, as two such hearings have already been held, and the current process is to correct a filing error on the original special permit. Once Board approval of special permit is received by the Town Clerk, there will be a 20 day comment period before issuing the special permit to the applicant.
