Meeting called to order at 19:00
Present (Board): James Deming, Shawn Shaw, Steve Strinie, Mike Kaminski
Present (Public): Joanne Duvall, Eric Munson, Addy Overbeeke
The Board heard input from the Building Inspector regarding process for reviewing site plans and coordinating with Building official. Board will add approval to Building Permit checklist and record, along with the usual approved site plan.
The Board discussed the ongoing noise issue at the Sunrise on Clubhouse Road solar project. The project owner is undertaking testing and remedial action and the Planning Board reserves the right to perform a site visit.
The Board discussed progress with the marijuana establishment bylaw. The Board held a special informal meeting on July 6 (approximately 1900-1930) to review the draft language and had minimal additional comments or concerns. The current draft has been provided to Counsel and the Selectboard.
