Water Testing Kits available

Water testing kits from Housatonic Basin Sampling & Testing are available at the town hall. You can either test for Basic Bacteria (Total Coliform/E.Coli) for $40 or the Tri-Town testing (Total Coliform Bacteria, Nitrate, Nitrite, Sodium, Cholride, Manganese, Iron, Hardness, Turbidity, pH, Sulfate, Total Dissolved Solids) for $150. There are other tests available but you must call for pricing. Kits come with everything needed and instructions.

All test kits will be picked up at the town hall on Tuesday February 19th at noon which means that the sample can be drawn no earlier that 4pm on Monday February 18th. There will be a cooler to place your samples in at the Toan Hall door incase you need to drop off prior to Town Hall hours.
