Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings November 30, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between November27- 30 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.
HEARINGS 1)RDA- Submitted by Greg McKinney (for the McKinney Family Trust) of 197 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to remove one dead Ash tree in the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir. 2) NOI- Submitted by Yong No of 58 Porcupine Point. Applicant seeks to replace and enlarge dock and remove 15 diseased trees (4 mature trees and 11 saplings).CLOSE HEARINGS
