Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings December 22, 2021 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between December 19 - 21 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.
HEARINGS 1)NOI- Submitted by Paul & Tara Grenier- (Continued from November 30) 125 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to rebuild a retaining wall within the buffer zone of Otis reservoir. 2)RDA- Submitted by Kristina Murtha of 16 Porcupine Point. Applicant seeks to remove several trees in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.CLOSE HEARINGS
