Tax Bills Due November 27th

From the office of The Tax Collector

Real estate and personal property tax bills for Fiscal year 2024, which ends June 30, 2024 will be mailed on Friday October 27, 2023.

Your first payment is due 30 days after the date tax bills were mailed, November 27th,  at:

               The Tolland Town Hall

               Collector's Office

               241 West Granville Rd

               Tolland, MA 01034

By law, the bills will be mailed to the owners of record as of Jan 1, 2023. Checks should be made payable to Town of Tolland. Credit and debit cards can not be accepted at the Town Hall at this time.

All real estate and personal property bills are currently payable online at our website tolland-ma.gov. Click "Pay Tax Bills Online" in the Quick Access widget on our main page. You may search for your bills by name by clicking the search button above the "Bill Number" box in the real estate or personal property window.

Any new homeowner or anyone who does not receive a real estate or personal property tax bill should contact the Collector's office at (413)258-4794 x104 or at taxcollector@tolland-ma.com.
