BLOOD PRESSURE CLINIC Blood pressure screenings every Tuesday from 11:00am-12:00pm shared by the Board of Health Nurse and the Southwick Fire Department Personnel. No appointment needed.
FOOT CLINIC This is held on the third Thursday of each month by our Foot Nurse Debra J. Deane, BSN, RN Call for appointment. The cost to Debra is $45.00
FUEL ASSISTANCE The Senior Center will assist you in completing your application and forward it to Valley Opportunity Council. Please call the Center 569-5498 to see if you are eligible to apply and make an appointment.
HEARING CLINIC Held on the fourth Tuesday of every month, Gary Winn, owner of New Ears, Affordable Hearing Care, will conduct a Free Hearing Clinic, from 10am to 2pm. Gary will check ears for earwax, clean and check hearing aids, give hearing screenings, and counsel those suffering
MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM This service is offered through the center for seniors 60 and over who are unable to leave their home. This is an income-based program through Highland Valley Elder Services. Please call 413-586-2000 to see if you are eligible.
