NOVEMBER 8th STATE ELECTION AND EARLY VOTING HOURS
From the Office of the Town Clerk Upcoming Election and Early Ballot Voting Information.
The Massachusetts State Election is being held on November 8, 2022, 7 am to 8 pm. Voting will take place at the Public Safety Complex located at 206 West Granville Road. Voting entrance is in the rear of the building.
If you wish to vote prior to Election Day, you can request an early ballot. All registered voters who haven’t yet put in a request for early ballot should have received a postcard recently which can be used to make the request. I expect that the early ballots will be shipped to my office sometime during the first week of October and once I have received them, I will start sending out the ballots to all who have requested them.
If you previously completed the postcard the State sent out prior to the September Primary and indicated you wanted to be sent an early ballot for this upcoming election you will not need to send another postcard.
The state also requires Town Clerks to hold office hours specifically for registered voters who wish to come into the Town Hall to request and vote an early ballot in person. The days and times in-office early voting will be available to the public in Tolland are as follow:
Saturday October 22nd 10 am to 2 pm
Tuesday October 25th 2 pm to 4 pm
Saturday October 29th 9 am to 1 pm
Tuesday November 1st 3 pm to 5 pm
