This product (Flovent) was discontinued as of Dec 31, 2023

As of March 4, 2024, it is no longer covered by MassHealth

Generic product will require prior authorization and not covered in most cases

Other options will require new prescription from provider.

Local Visiting Angels approved to give free care to eligible veterans

Visiting Angels West Springfield was approved by the federal Department of Veterans Affairs to provide non-medical home care for eligible veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.

The VA Aid and Attendance program helps to provide access to homecare for veterans and their spouses who need help with daily tasks or who suffer from a disability or illness.

Veterans who require help with daily living from another individual can receive help with everyday tasks in their home such as bathing, eating, cleaning and memory care.
