Available for ages 3 and over. Bring your insurance card.
CVS will be providing the vaccine and medical staff for this clinic. They will have flu and high dose flu vaccines and pneumonia vaccine for those who want it. They are UNABLE to give the Covid vaccine at the PSC due to vaccine transport, availability and storage issues.
You do not have to be a resident of Tolland to receive a vaccination
