Conservation Commission Public Hearings 5/25/2023

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings May 25, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:
The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between May22-24 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.
HEARINGS 1)RDA- Submitted by Doryce Seltzer of 368 Meadow Drive. Applicant seeks to replace an existing deck less than 50 feet from Cranberry Pond.
2)RDA- Submitted by Jan Tkacz of 76 Woodchuck. Applicant seeks to remove a dead Hemlock within the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. 3)RDA- Submitted by John Sprance of 84 Woodchuck. Applicant seeks to remove a diseased tree less than 100 feet from Cranberry Pond.
