Conservation Commission Public Hearing 5/14/2019

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings May 14, 2019, beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:

 

1)      RDA- Submitted by Walter and Betsy Gay of 44 Porcupine Pt. Applicant seeks to repair and resurface top of existing dock with composite decking. The dock is on Cranberry Pond.

 

2)      RDA- Submitted by WPOA. Applicant seeks to remove small decaying trees at Main and Meadow Beach and to build boat racks and repair docks.

 

3)      Extension Permit for OOC. Submitted by WPOA. Applicant seeks an extension of existing NOI.

 

4)      RDA- Submitted by Mike and Vicky Clarke of 112 Brook Lane. Applicant seeks to remove 6 trees in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
