Conservation Commission Public Hearing 10/27/2022

Tolland Conservation Commission 

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings October 27, 2022 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:

The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to participate should email the site (Conservation@tolland-ma.com) between October24 - 26 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.

 

HEARINGS

1)RDA- 40 Meadow Drive. Applicant seeks to install a tight tank 55 feet from the bank of Cranberry Pond. Represented by K.J. Wetherell.

2) Continuance of NOI filed by Tara and Paul Grenier of 125 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to rebuild existing retaining wall on the bank of Otis Reservoir.
