Conservation Commission Public Hearing 10/26/2023

Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will

hold public hearings October 26, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM via Zoom, Tolland, MA

for the following purposes:

The meeting will be held via Zoom. Any interested party that would like to

participate should email the site ( Conservation@tolland-ma.com ) between

October 24-26 and they will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.

HEARINGS

1)RDA- Submitted by Michael Jacoby of 463 Beetle Rd.

Applicant seeks to install catch basin and 4” culvert to divert ground water away from house, 63’ from bank of Cranberry Pond

2) RDA- Submitted by Charity Barger, 254 Beetle Rd

Applicant seeks to trim shoreline trees leaning over water on WPOA property. Total of 3 lots on Otter Pond and 2 lots on Cranberry Pond
