Call to Order at 5:10 PM

Attendance – Ted Locke, Cathy Parzych, Mira Munson, Pat Storey. Police Chief Steve Carrington was also present. Regrets Margaret McClellan

Approval of Dec 21, 2021 Minutes – The minutes were approved.

Discuss budget approach for F/Y 2023 There was a general discussion of several budget items.

Election of Officers – Ted Locke nominated Cathy Parzych to serve as Finance Committee chair person. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 PM.
