Call to Order at 9:10 by Chairman Buchannan

Attendance: Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Mira Munson, Pat Storey, Dave Spidal, Ann Skibski; Regrets Jean Armitage

Review of Minutes –The minutes of Feb 13, 2018 were reviewed, the date for the Black Fly Dinner was corrected to May 12 and approved.

Old Business

Menu Planning – Black Fly Dinner Peter Sullivan of the Knox Trail Inn will prepare the hot food Pot Roast, Roast chicken, carrots, roast potatoes, gravy. The COA members will bring salad, salad dressing, rolls, butter, cookies, ice cream cups, DeCaf, tea and lemonade.

Transportation – 1 request this month

Birthday Cards – 17 sent this month

Turning 60 Package – Seniorhood – In process

New Business

Selectmen / Finance Comm. Meeting – The presentation seemed to be well received.

Discussion of Smitty Meeting – Dave reported on the subjects discussed.

Police Wellness Checks – The form (attached) was passed out. It will be given to Ed Deming. Cynthia can start signing people up.

Electric Rates – Information (attached) was passed out on eligibility for a reduced electric rate for income eligible residents. This will be included in the next news-letter.

Adjournment was at 10: 20 AM

Our Next Meeting will be Tuesday April 10. We will stuff the mailing at the next meeting.
