ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order by Chairperson Buchanan at 9:07

Attendance: Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Mira Munson, Pat Storey, Dave Spidal, Ann Skibski

Review of Minutes –Jan 9,2018 - The minutes were reviewed and unanimously approved.

Outreach Worker report - Attached

Consortium Report – No report

HVES Report – They are making a major effort for a mailing to support the nutrition program.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – Attached – Unanimously accepted.

Upcoming Events

Black Fly Dinner – Sat May 19, 2018 – Pete Sullivan hopes to attend our next meeting to discuss the menu.

Tuesday Birthday Party- The first party will take place March 13 at 12 noon. Dave will get the lasagna and salad. Ann the birthday cake. A note will be included with the months birthday cards; It will be posted on News & Notices; we will assemble the signs Feb 27 at 9 AM.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – 1 ride in Feb for Groceries

Birthday Cards – Status Update- New labels have been printed .

Turning 60 Package – Seniorhood – Pat will complete during his knee rehab period.

New Business

All Board Meeting –Was canceled due to weather.

Discussion of Smitty Meeting – A pre-meeting was held and it was agreed to focus the discussion on housing  and transportation. 11 towns attended the meeting. Dave represented Tolland.
