Call to Order at 9:05

Attendance - Dave Spidal, Mira Munson, Pat Storey, Ruth Buchanan, Sally Munson; Regrets Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski, Nina Greene

Review Minutes of Jan. 12, 2023 – The minutes were reviewed and approved

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – Attached and approved

Communications – Granville’s COA has obtained a van and is interested in doing joint trips

Upcoming Events

Morning Coffee is continuing on Mondays with fair participation.

Chili Day in Tolland – Feb. 18, 2023. The plans for this event were discussed.

Yoga usually starts in Mid June and runs 12 sessions. Since Dave is stepping down we need a new coordinator.

Transportation – Review Program1 ride

Birthday Cards – Status Update

Outreach Worker – Status Update

New Business

Foot Nurse is also offered by Southwick; the cost is $40/ patient.

New Council Members we are still looking
