ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 6:30 PM

Attendance- Dave Spidal, , Pat Storey, Ann Skibski, Ruth Buchanan, Mary Ann Deming; Absent Jennifer Clark,  Mira Munson, Nina Greene

Review of Minutes –The minutes of Oct. 13, 2022 were reviewed and unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report was unanimously accepted.

Communications – Several flyers from other COAs were received.

Upcoming Events

Morning Coffee – Has been rescheduled to Mondays at 9 AM starting Nov.14. The Dec 19 coffee will be a special Christmas coffee.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – no rides

Birthday Cards – Status Update – 6M; 10F

Outreach Worker – Report attached

New Business

A Chili Day in Tolland has been scheduled for Sat. Feb. 18 at 2 PM

Other – The next two meetings will be Wed. Dec 13 at 6:30 pm and Wed Jan 11 at 6:30 PM
