Call to Order at 6:32 PM

Attendance - Ruth Buchanan, Mira Munson, Pat Storey, Ann Skibski, Mary Ann Deming;Regrets: Nina Greene, Jennifer Clark, Dave Spidal  

Review of Minutes –The Aug. 11 minutes were approved; Note – The Sept. 8 meeting was canceled

Treasurers Report & Budget Update - Attached

Communications None

Upcoming Events

It was decided not to hold another Bingo session at this time.

Old Business

Election of Officers – The following officers were unanimously elected ; - Ruth Buchanan - Chair, Mira Munson – Vice Chair, Dave Spidal – Treasurer; Pat Storey - Clerk

Transportation – Review Program - 2 rides last month

Birthday Cards – Status Update 19

Outreach Worker – Report Attached

New Business

We did not Review the Mailing list for corrections because Pat didn’t have the proper cord to connect to the TV

Suggestions for possible new board members were Sally Munson (Mary Ann will follow up) and David Letellier (Pat will follow up.)

It was decided to hold a coffee hour on Wednesday mornings at 9 AM at the PSC. The first one will be Nov 9.
