Review of Minutes –July 14 minutes: The minutes were approved

Treasurers Report & Budget Update Attached

Communications – None this month

Upcoming Events

Yoga Will continue till Sept 8; attendance is down from last year.

August lunch had good attendance. Sept Lunch – Dave volunteered to bring and prep all the food for a BBQ Lunch in Sept.

Bingo – Good attendance in July. Next session will be Thurs Aug. 25. 6:30 PM at the PSC

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program- 4 rides this mo.; we have two new drivers; reimbursement has been increased to $0.60/mi.

Birthday Cards – Status Update

Outreach Worker – Update is Attached. Mary Ann has set up the flu clinic for Sat. Oct 1; 11AM to 4 PM. Two types of flu shots and pneumonia vaccines will be available.

New Business

Recruiting Dinner – Discussion was postponed till next month
