Call to Order at 6:01 PM

Review of Minutes –The June 14, and 27th minutes were reviewed and approved.
Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached budget update was presented and unanimously accepted. Margaret said our reconciled account should be available next week. Attached is the proposed budget for next year; we will finalize this at the August meeting.
Communications – several news letters were received and circulated.
Upcoming Events
Yoga – Being held every Thursday for the next 8 weeks. Nine people attended this week.
August Lunch on Aug 9 will feature turkey/chicken pot pies (Pat to pick up) Ann will get the salad fixings and ice cream. Mary Ann will bring some vegies to add to the salad.
Old Business
Transportation – Review Program – 2 rides this mo.
Birthday Cards – Status Update12this month.
Outreach Worker – Status Update, attached.
New Business
Other – We discussed holding a ‘recruitment dinner’ and will finalize plans next month.
