ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 1:30

Attendance – Mira Munson, Ruth Buchanan, Dave Spidal, Pat Storey: Regrets – Jen Clark, Ann Skibski, Nina Greene

New Business

We interviewed Mary Ann Deming, the only applicant, for the position of Outreach Worker.

After the interview was complete, and the candidate left, a motion was made, seconded and unanimously passed to offer the position of Outreach Worker to Mary Ann Deming at a salary of $18.00/hr. Ruth will contact the candidate and make the offer. Pat will get the necessary paper work to put her on the payroll.
