Call to Order at 9:05 AM

Review of Minutes: The minutes of March 8, 2022 were approved. Jen and Dave abstained.
Note - the Special meeting of March 22 was not held.
Note – All members must take the State Ethics test.

Upcoming Events
Internet workshop with Marc Orenstein TBD – We will set the date for this talk when we have a better idea of when Comcast will be making connections.
Financial Planning / Estate Planning Seminar – Saturday June 4, 2022 at 10 AM at the PSC. Mark DeCelle will speak about Financial Planning. Ann will try and line up someone from SHINE to discuss signing up for Medicare. Pat will get some donuts or donut holes for refreshments.
Tuesday Lunches will start on May 10 at noon. Pat will pick up grinders; Ann will pick up ice cream. Pat will try and get Kate Donovan to be our featured speaker.
Bingo will start May 19 from 1 to 3. Based on feedback from this session and the May 10 lunch we will set the schedule for the future sessions.
Yoga will run on Thursdays from June 23 through September 8. Starting time will be 9 AM in the PSC. Free will donations will be accepted. If the participants want a second weekly session they should contract directly with Connie.
New Business.
We discussed how to attract more and younger senior members for board. The best approach seems to be current Board members directly approaching folks they think might be interested.
Adjournment was at 10:30 and then we stuffer the mailing.
