Call to Order at 9:06 AM

Attendance; Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski, Patrick Storey, Mira Munson, Dave Spidal: Regrets Nina Greene

Review of Minutes – The minutes of Oct. 12, 2021 were unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report was unanimously accepted.

Communications - none

Outreach Workers Report – Attached. Ann also noted she is quite active in certain case management issues.

Upcoming Events

Yoga Report - The program is finished for the season; the zoom program averaged 8 attendees. Yoga will resume in June, hopefully in person.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program  - no rides this month

Birthday Cards – Status Update 11F; 5 M

New Business

Holiday Lighting Contest – Pat reported he couldn’t pull this together

Other – We will stuff the news letter next month.
