Call to Order at 9:06

Attendance - Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski, Patrick Storey, Mira Munson, Dave Spidal: Regrets Nina Greene

Review of Minutes – The minutes of Sept. 14, 2021 were approved with Dave abstaining

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report was unanimously received.

Communications – there were several items received from other COAs

Outreach Workers Report - Attached

Upcoming Events

Tuesday Lunches is scheduled to be the last one this year

Old Business

Review of Flu Shot clinic – 49 folks lined up for shots a record turnout.

Cultural Arts programs for next year – It was decided to let Jessica assign one of the events to us for

Transportation – No rides this month.

Birthday Cards – Status Update7 and 7

New Business

Holiday Lighting Contest – Was discussed. Pat will try and get some more information

The Sherriff’s department now has the capability to offer Home Safety Assessments for Seniors. It was decided that this would be sent out via News and Notices in Jan.

Pat will talk with Nina about helping on the Newslatter.
