ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:15 AM

Attendance - Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski, Patrick Storey, Mira Munson; Regrets, David Spidal

Review of Minutes – The minutes of June 8, 2021 were reviewed, approved and signed

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report was unanimously accepted.

Communications - None

Outreach Workers Report – Attached. It was also noted that one on one counseling is increasing.

Upcoming Events

Concert on the Green - Aug. 21 – Tijuana Amigos; Ruth will check with Jean to make sure all is in order. She will also remind Ed to set up the platform.

Yoga – Going well, ten attendees last Thursday. The sandwich board signs were modified to notify people about Yoga.

Tuesday Lunches – Last month went pretty well. We had about 20 reservations for today. Next month we will do hot dogs and chille, cole slaw (Pat will pick those 3 items up); Ice cream and rolls for the dogs.

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – 2 rides

Birthday Cards – Status Update- 14 sent

New Business

Other – the File of Life folders from the Hampden County Sherriff were reviewed and to be distributed at the  lunch.
