ORDER of BUSINESS:

Call to Order at 9:07 AM

Attendance - Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski, David Spidal (partial), Patrick Storey, Mira Munson

Review of Minutes – The minutes of May 11, 2021 were reviewed and approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update – The attached report was unanimously accepted.

Communications – Several items were discussed.

Outreach Workers Report - Attached

      COVID Activity – The town seems to be progressing well with vaccinations. There was discussion about a Flu clinic in the fall; Ann will follow up.

Upcoming Events

Concert on the Green - Aug. 21 – Tijuana Amigos. Pat will talk to Ed about the stage; Ruth will make arrangements for power.

Yoga - Via ZOOM with Connie Wilson; Thursdays at 9:00 AM; June 17 and 24

In Person with Connie Wilson; Thursdays, 9:00 AM; July 1 through August 26

Tuesday Lunches – July’s menu will be Grinders from the Country Store

Old Business

Transportation – Review Program – 1 ride

Birthday Cards – Status Update – 15 cards

New Business

New Board Member – The Board unanimously voted to send a letter to the Selectmen recommending Nina Greene be appointed to the COA. Mira abstained

Other – The Board unanimously voted to increase the Outreach Workers salary to $18/hr. Ann was not present for the vote.

Dave and Mira agreed to serve as the COA’s reps to the Committee for the PSC land use that is being formed.
