Call to Order at 9:05 AM

Attendance - Jean Armitage, Ruth Buchanan, Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski, David Spidal, Patrick Storey, Mira Munson

Review of Minutes – The April 13, 2021 Minutes were accepted with Ruth and Dave abstaining

Treasurers Report & Budget Update - Attached

Communications – A memo from Val Bird on our proposed lunch program was reviewed. In summary she said we can proceed in June.

Outreach Workers Report

      COVID Activity – Ann is encouraging every one to get vaccinated.

Upcoming Events

Concert on the Green - Aug. 21 – Tijuana Amigos will be playing

Yoga – Starting in July thru August will be held live Thursdays in the PSC. Remote / Zoom classes will be held on Mondays in July and August

Old Business

Transportation – 2 rides

Birthday Cards – 16 this month

Senior Tax Work off Program was defeated at the ATM 10 to 13.

New Business

Other – Jean announced she has an offer on her house and is resigning from the COA. Her contributions have been significant and she will be greatly missed.
