Call to Order at 9:05 AM

Attendance - Jean Armitage, Jennifer Clark, Ann Skibski, Patrick Storey, Mira Munson. Regrets -, Ruth Buchanan, David Spidal

Review of Minutes – The March 9 minutes were unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report & Budget Update _ Attached

Communications – Highland Valley Elder Services sent us a notice about applying for a grant. It was suggested we request funding for a transport wheel chair for folks we provide rides to who have some difficulty walking from the car to their appointment. Pat will look into.

Outreach Workers Report Attached

      COVID Activity – We are very close to distributing the info about the Big E vaccination site.

Upcoming Events

Concert on the Green - Aug. 21 – Tijuana Amigos has confirmed their participation.
